All of our items are decorated and personalised by Pyrography

(wood burning) completely by hand. 

We do not use lasers.

Currently, we are only able to post out the products that you see on this website.  ​

   Orders are posted Second Class Signed for via Royal Mail/Parcel Force and we only post within the United Kingdom.  We also use recycled packaging wherever we can.

Kindly note wood is a natural material and the end finish may vary slightly from the photographs shown.  There will be differing grains and the odd knot, but we endeavour to provide beautiful handcrafted products for all our customers.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to personalisation.
